Beth is a Reiki Master and Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine with training in shamanic healing practices. Sessions may weave in gentle hands-on work and sound — always following the invitation of your body and the rhythms of your energy field.
Often combined with bodywork, these sessions are especially supportive for clients moving through grief, burnout, a creative threshold, or a season of significant change.
