A practice built on
presence.
Beth founded Cenote Studio to hold space for the kind of healing that does not fit into ten-minute appointments or symptom-management protocols. Her work is slow, attentive, and deeply personal — creating space and movement in the physical body, and in the life experience that moves through it.
Over two and a half decades she has worked with professional athletes, new mothers, grieving partners, recovering executives, and long-time neighbors of the Kimberton community. Many clients have been returning for fifteen or twenty years — not because they need to, but because the work keeps meeting them wherever they are.
Her methodology is integrative by design. A single session might blend Shiatsu Shin Tai with Reiki, Energy Medicine, sound, and coaching — guided by what Beth reads in your body and, when invited, in your chart. She is not interested in one-size-fits-all treatments. She is interested in you.
The studio itself — a quiet, warm space just off Kimberton Road — is designed to feel like a container rather than an office. You are welcome exactly as you arrive.
