Each session is an intuitive blend of bodywork and energy work modalities, sound healing, shamanic energy medicine, astrology, and coaching guidance — woven together to help you discover your unique healing journey and support you on your path forward. The goal of this work is to identify areas within your body, mind and spirit that are stuck in old patterns, and to clarify ways to create new patterns that serve you better.

The work begins with a detailed intake and assessment — including a natal astrology reading, diagnostic evaluation, and collaborative discussion of your wants, needs, and goals. This becomes the basis for your specific treatment plan. Primary tools available within each session include Shiatsu Shin Tai, Therapeutic Massage, DreamWeaver Sound Healing, Usui Reiki, shamanic energy medicine, and Astrology-Informed Life Coaching.

As your body, mind and spirit shift, heal, and integrate new patterns, the best access point for continued growth will also change — assessment at the start of each session creates a living treatment plan that moves with you.
